About

I am a personal and group fitness trainer. Teaching Mat Pilates and Barre, sessions also include TRX and Reformer

I work with all types of people. Some high profile individuals with specific goals and others simply looking to improve their wellbeing generally. I have trained royalty, athletes, dancers, models, artists and  busy working people always working around the requirements and goals of the individual.

I want to help all my clients find their optimal level of strength, balance and posture. Working In collaboration with some of the best Harley Street Doctors, Osteopaths and Chiropractors, I have direct expertise working with clients who are: recovering post surgery, rehabilitating an injury, have scoliosis, hyper mobility, spinal disc protrusion/perforation and pre/post natal women
